commuting is fun

i'm really surprised that i have no photos from today...i was sure that i had taken at least one! i guess not.

well...i just went to French class in the morning, and then i met up with tom and his mom for a quick lunch before she checked out of her hotel. tom had to go to class afterwards, so i helped her get to CDG (the airport) with the RER train. it was actually really nice...we talked about a lot of things. she's very cool, for a mom. and she's really generous and totally sweet too. telling her goodbye was actually quite sad! haha, how strange am i? missing someone else's mother? but anyways, yeah...the few times i got a chance to hang out with her, she was a lot of fun...a very interesting person to talk to.

that evening, i was supposed to go meet fiona and her mom at a museum, but plans fell through. so i just hung out around my building for the evening. it was a quite night after a long day of commuting in and out of town.
