mika!

so...this morning, i took roxy to the airport to return home to chicago...and then i basically wasted the rest of the day, until the evening. haha.

in the evening, i went to the Palais Omnisports de Bercy for the Mika concert.
let me just say that he is AMAZING! first off, his voice is fantastic, and he's a great dancer.
but moreso than that, he has real stage presence...and also is very theatrical and intriguing with his show.
i was pretty blown away.

also, i LOVE that he is fluent in french. (since he spent most of his childhood here in Paris. i feel like he just felt very comfortable with it, and i think he should just write music solely in french from now on. maybe he wouldn't be an international superstar if that were the case, but he would only be cooler. think about it, Mika.)
