i didn't really do much today…i needed to take a day off. after my one class in the morning, i returned home and just hung out there for most of the day. i worked on some homework for my French class due next week, since i will be out of town this weekend.
i also went to tom’s place to help him transport his stuff across town to a new homestay. he decided to move across town, so i helped him carry a bag and his guitar. it took quite a while, but it wasn’t bad. his new host-parents seem really nice too. i hope that works out for him.

once i got back, I stayed up REALLY late. my roommates were both gone, so i played music out loud until 3:00 AM and hung out in my underwear while finishing homework and surfing the internet aimlessly. i really liked having a little privacy, for the first time in about a month. i think i need it to stay sane.
