we visited just one wing of the museum, the Italian Art section. we figured that since we LIVE in this city, we can come back more than once or twice...so we should take the Louvre in small bits. that was a great idea, because just looking at one wing took about 2 hours, and it was really draining. i was exhausted by the end of it. but here are some shots of the museum and of my favorite pieces from what i saw today.

inside

i returned home after the museum visit to rest a while, and eat. later that night, i met up with tom by the Fontaine Saint-Michel a little while before meeting nana, sarah, noemie, and ginni at The Great Canadian. tom and i had some crêpes...mine had chorizo in it. it was amazing. drinks with everyone afterwards was nice. it was a fun day altogether.
i'm going to this game! so excited!
"tentation" (temptation) ≠ new moon
la fontaine saint-michel
