just a normal day, i guess

there's not much to say about today...haha. it was just a normal tuesday.
i woke up much too early...but still rather late. i rushed to my 9:00 French class, and sooner than later it was over. i then met up with fiona, krystina and lexie for some lunch around the corner from school at this amazing little place called Paul. i ate a smoked salmon sandwich and something called a grillé aux pommes (with apples in it) and they were both delicious!

then, krystina went to her next class...and fiona and lexie and i went to this big mall / department store called Gallerie Lafayette. they were looking for boots, and other clothes...i just went along because i was bored. haha. it was interesting, i guess. as interesting as shopping CAN be. ;) we walked through a street-market right by school on the way to the métro station, though. which was enjoyable. here are some photos!

later on that night, i went to CEA's Casino Night. that was actually kinda' fun! i learned how to play Blackjack, and i also learned how to play Roulette. and no, don't worry...nobody used real money. we were given chips, which we could later convert and reconvert into different chips, to get prizes. kinda' like...Chuck-e-Cheese. i came with nothing, but i got some Nutella to-go, some cheese crackers, and a Paris keychain out of it! so...all in all, a good evening! haha.
